The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when our plans changed and we needed to return on short notice. They even helped us with room changes and made sure we had everything we needed, including accommodations for someone with mobility challenges. the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the wifi was stable and quick. the location was great, near China town but on a quiet street. the owner and reception staff spoke fluent English and Chinese, making communication easy. the breakfast was also very good.

We felt more than at home during our stay at this hotel, with no reason to complain.

We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded us to a superior room on the 8th floor with a stunning view. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had all the necessary facilities. The hotel staff also helped us find a motorbike for rent at a reasonable price. our stay at Royal Pearl Hotel was highly enjoyable and we would definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely and romantic escape at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was just a few steps away from the Royal Palace and right in the heart of the city. The staff was outstanding, always willing to provide more than necessary help with directions and recommendations. The room had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a lovely bathtub. the breakfast offered a tantalizing range of both oriental and western food options, making it the perfect start to our days.
